Payroll
- Maintain Employee records
- Process payroll on weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis
- Calculate and pay PAYG on monthly or quarterly basis
- Calculate and pay Superannuation on monthly or quarterly basis
- Reconcile and pay Workers Compensation on annual basis
- Reconcile all payroll & provision reports annually
- Complete all Payment summaries annually
Financial Reporting
- Complete Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Statements monthly
- Compare actual results with Budgets and report to management on monthly or quarterly basis
- Prepare Cash flow Statement if required
- Work with management to prepare budget for next year
- Process budget into computer software
- Provide management with details of payments and obligations due at the end of the following month to ensure adequate cash-flow
Additional Services
- Maintain Asset register
- Record depreciation expense as per Tax Accountant annually
- Provide data file to Tax Accountant
- Provide assistance to Tax Accountant if required
- Record any year- end adjustments as directed
- Establish Calendar for all important dates including: Insurance renewals, BAS statement due, Superannuation payments due, Work Cover renewal, Direct debit payments, Registration renewals, motor vehicle service due etc
